Doesn't this parallel what's happened to the physical game equipment. Gone is the simple folding board you can store on a bookshelf, replaced by the Taj Mahal, for which I still can't find a convenient storage space. (I have to say, though, the game aids in Scrabulous are a bit of a cheat. Switching from Scrabulous to the boardgame is hard. Really hard.

Emphatically agree, they should have rewarded the Scrabulous guys for a) reviving the franchise and b) developing and iterating a fast, usable, enjoyable game.

Alas!

Here we go again. The Mattel and Hasbro shortcut back lashed.
No inventor gives away +75% of the secrets before contract.
Brains would have bought the two bothers out and earn hugely.
Over rated CEO Fat Cats lead Greed Management - no clue of Idea Management.
They are not the Jerks ! The Boards are !

And our World looks like it does. Anybody surprised?
Aha!

Sorry, I'm not!

Well said, Stewart, and couldn't agree more. Since I played my first (and last) move on the new Scrabble, I've been waiting for my game partner to play back. No dice. In the meantime, he and I have completed one highly satisfying game on Scrabulous and fired up another.

thanks for playing, Ellen
